There were times that I was going to give up… Our distance apart is great and the match calculation was very low, but that’s just maths and geography. After overcoming a whole lot of obstacles, I decided to subscribe to a dating site to meet new people… I came across the profile of Carlos & instantly send him a message… Carlos immediately responded to this, but had no response back for the whole of that December… I finally paid the activation fee …After both of us experiencing much heart ache, we were both looking for someone who could be a very good friend of the opposite sex, just to hang out with. Many nights of supper, movies, tenpin bowling and other activities followed. The two of us became very close…We tied the knot in September 2010 and were pleasantly surprised to find out that we were 4 weeks pregnant on our honeymoon in October 2010. Our beautiful son, Tristan, was born in June 2011… People do not want to believe that we met via internet dating, but we have a fairy tale to tell to our children…
